Moderator Guidelines Empty Moderator Guidelines

First of all, I'd like to say that only trusted and helpful community members who participate often are chosen as Moderators, here are the guidelines for those members of staff:

- Be as polite as possible, to everyone, staff and members.
- Be as helpful as you can, this creates a nice environment for people to chat in.
- Be friendly!
- Take appropriate action when things go wrong, that includes when warning / banning members.
- Post regularly, this keeps the forum active and helps others participate in topics.
- Be as descriptive as possible, this helps people understand the reasons you say and avoids unnecessary arguments Razz
- And finally, visit regularly, it maintains your position and helps get this forum noticed Very Happy
